It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
Looking to focus on specific muscle groups or just have a fun full body workout? Our Springboard and Barre located in Studio 5 do just that! Springboard is a method of Pilates using springs with adjustable tension, so everyone can perform the same exercises with a level of resistance they feel comfortable. Barre classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet as well as Pilates and yoga. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training, combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
