WATER GROUP FITNESS
 

Group Fitness Classes are free to all members and are taught by certified instructors.
No Swimming skills are needed for any of the Water Group Fitness classes.

Tired of working out alone, not looking forward to your workout, come experience one of our water group fitness classes that will leave you wanting more. Not only do our instructors offer motivation and fun but they also truly care out your individual experience. Call the front desk to reserve your spot in a class today.

These classes provide a safe and effective low to no impact  workout involving progressive resistance exercises (with or without props) to develop muscular strength and endurance, improve cardiovascular fitness, and increase flexibility.

Policies: Classes are for ages 16 & up.
Ages 13 – 15 must get instructors approval prior to class.
Absolutely no children under the age of 13 are allowed.

Classes must average a minimum number of participants to remain on the schedule.

 
Aqua Power
Dates & Times:  Tuesday & Thursdays  - 8:00am
                             Monday & Wednesdays - 5:30pm
                             Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 12:10pm
Cost:  Free to all Members
 
 
Push your personal limits! Powerful deep water workout to get your body moving and your heart pumping as you burn calories and build lean muscle.  Large movements of your arms and legs - constant body movement.  Adding cuffs and gloves will increase the workload to reach higher challenges.
 
 
Boot Camp
Dates: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time:  7:00am
Cost:  Free to all Members
 

The Ultimate deep water fitness workout!  High intensity, high cardio, strength and endurance - all with low impact.  Burn Calories and build muscle through this high energy, intense 60-minutes workout.
 
Shallow Cardio Endurance
Dates: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time:  9:30am
Cost:  Free to all Members
 
Shallow water challenging cardio vascular exercise that improves strength, flexibility and bone density.  . Buoyancy bells and noodles add to the intensity and variety of the workout.  High energy levels achievable.  Aqua shoes recommended.

Deep Water Cardio
Dates: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Time:  8:00am
Cost:  Free to all Members

Working in the deep water with movements that will develop your strength, cardio and flexibility,  You will get a great workout while working on your stability and stamina.  Buoyancy belts and resistance equipment adjust the individual's intensity.

Shallow Water Therapy
Dates: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time:  10:30am
Cost:  Free to all Members

This 45-minute low impact class is designed for people with physical limitations and issues.  Gain mobility, improve flexibility and range-of-motion through slow, controlled movements,  Good for members suffering with arthritis, rehabilitation, injuries and similar issues.
