PERSONAL TRAINING: MENU OF SERVICES 
 
Private/Semi Private & Group Personal Training Sessions

Training Session - 50 minutes approximate time:  1 to 4 person sessions available.
Personal Training Starter Kit
4 -  Full Sessions (3 training  sessions plus 1 session Fitness Consultation):  Private and semi-private package available.
 
Stretching
15 & 25 minutes sessions offered:  1 on 1 only
 
Body Composition
Testing is done to determine your fat to lean body mass percentage.  This is a quick and effective way to measure how you are doing with your current exercise routine.
 
Cancellation Policy:
24 hour notice is required for all personal training cancellations.
Appointments not canceled within the 24 hours will be charged full price.

Times:  7:00 - 9:00am or 3:00 -4:30pm

BUY 2 one hour or half hour personal training sessions and get 2 free with Chris or Bree.

Boot Camp with Dana
Dates: contact Dana ext 144
Days:  Tuesday & Thursday
Time:  6:00 - 7:00 pm
Cost:  $180.00, 6 week class, 2 one hour session per week


Have you ever wanted to achieve and train at a higher fitness level but didn't know how?  Are you stuck in rut?  Here is a perfect program that can help anyone at any fitness level say - I did it!  This 6 week program meets twice weekly and will incorporate traditional and nontraditional training styles inside and outside the gym!  This Boot Camp is sure to fill fast, so reserve your spot TODAY.

I lost it at the Club, is OPEN TO ALL MEMBERS either on a team, with a trainer, or as an individual (individual competition is free and includes weekly weigh ins and a  chance to win prizes).  Program is now open to all non-members on a circuit team only.  This contest will be tabulated by the weekly highest percentage of pounds lost.     

Prizes
:
Weekly leaders - each Friday weekly leading individuals will be posted and will receive gift cards ($20.00 value) towards V-Spa treatments, Spa products or Pro Shop items.
Final Winners
     1st Place:   $250.00 value to our V-Spa or Pro Shop
     2nd Place:  $150.00 value to our V-Spa or Pro Shop
      Winning Circuit Team:  $50.00 value to our V-Spa or Pro shop        for each team member.

Circuit Classes

Friends keep us committed and make it fun to workout!  Taught by certified personal trainers, these training programs will keep you on track, motivate you, and give you the group support you need.  Each circuit class will involve a variety of cardio and strength training exercises in a smaller group setting. 

Circuit Class Days:  Monday thru Saturday (3 days training per week).

Cost:
 
Members: $400.00 overall for the 8 week circuit program.            
Non Members:  $560.00 overall for 8 week circuit program.

This is an 8 week program.  Once enrolled you are subject to the policy below.
If you decide to cancel your program you will have the following reimbursement: prior to the first day of class of the 8 week session - a 100% refund; on or after the first day of class - a 50% refund; and after the second class of the 8 week session - no refunds.  Programs are not prorated.  

 Weekly Weigh Ins:
For individuals:  by appointment with a trainer or  membership        advisor on Tuesday only.
Teams:  With your circuit team trainer on Tuesdays or  Wednesday only.
*If you do not attend a weekly weigh in you will  not be eligible for weekly prizes.

Customized Meal Plan

Your trainer can work with you to develop a 1 week meal plan, customized to your taste, preferences, and your body's energy needs.  Whether you are looking to lose fat, gain muscle, or improve your overall nutrition, this is a great starting point.  We will use our latest software program that provides a simplified approach to developing good eating habits as well as track your fitness training results.  These components are a great way to long term fitness.  Call ext 146 to schedule a consult today.

 
  
Monthly Makeover
 
Would you like to commit to a trainer with a group monthly?  Workout with a trainer of your choice for three 25 minute sessions per week for $120.00 or three 50 minutes sessions  per week for $200.00!  You'll see results as you'll be committed to your group and your trainer.  Contact your PT for more information.  Min 4 / Max 6

TNT

50 minute ($21.00) or 25 minutes ($14.00) personal training drop in class that works the entire body.  Sign up though personal trainers by invite to assure adequate class level.

Women on Weights
Dates: Monthly
Days & Times:  Tuesdays & Thursdays, by appointment
Cost:  $125.00

2 hours weekly with women of various levels who want to have fun and tone up.  Join Sandy for this interval based program using free weights and machines in a circuit based set up.   Runs monthly beginning in January.  For more information, contact Sandy at ext 228 or sign up at ext 146.
