Testing is done to determine your fat to lean body mass percentage. This is a quick and effective way to measure how you are doing with your current exercise routine.
Cancellation Policy:
24 hour notice is required for all personal training cancellations.
Appointments not canceled within the 24 hours will be charged full price.
