July sizzles with new moves and music as we launch our Les Mills Group Fitness Classes. If you are new to group fitness, these moves will be new for EVERYBODY! This is a great chance to get started.

This class is designed with all fitness levels in mind and can easily be modified for beginners and advanced participants.

Location: Gym 1
Morning Hoops: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6:00 – 7:30 am
Noon Hoops: Monday – Saturday 12:00 – 1:30 pm
These intense pickup basketball games are self directed. No sign up is necessary and anyone 18 & up is welcome.
