WATER GROUP FITNESS
 

Group Fitness Classes are free to all members and are taught by certified instructors.
No Swimming skills are needed for any of the Water Group Fitness classes.

Tired of working out alone, not looking forward to your workout, come experience one of our water group fitness classes that will leave you wanting more. Not only do our instructors offer motivation and fun but they also truly care out your individual experience. Call the front desk to reserve your spot in a class today.

These classes provide a safe and effective low to no impact  workout involving progressive resistance exercises (with or without props) to develop muscular strength and endurance, improve cardiovascular fitness, and increase flexibility.

Policies: Classes are for ages 16 & up.
Ages 13 – 15 must get instructors approval prior to class.
Absolutely no children under the age of 13 are allowed.

Classes must average a minimum number of participants to remain on the schedule.

 
Push your personal limits! During this 60 minute high intensity, deep water workout you will get your body moving and your heart pumping as you burn calories and build lean muscle. Large movements of arms and legs-constant body movement. Add cuffs, gloves (www.hydrofit.com) to increase needed workload for reaching higher challenges. Suitable for almost all levels.
 
 
 
Shallow Cardio Endurance
Fun and challenging cardio vascular exercise that improves strength and flexibility. This class will provide the right challenges for all fitness levels in this 60 minutes workout. All workouts are very energetic and lots of fun. Aqua shoes recommended.

 
Deep Water Cardio
This class focuses on working in the deep water with movements that will develop your strength and cardio. You’ll get a great workout while working on your stability and stamina. Buoyancy belts and resistance equipment are utilized to adjust the intensity of the workout for each individual. Fun music and a challenging workout will leave you energized!

 
Shallow Water Therapy
This 45 minute low impact class is designed for our members with physical limitations. Perfect for those trying to gain mobility and improve their health with slow and controlled movements. Exercises used in this class are particularly helpful to those with arthritis pain and those who need low impact rehabilitation exercises.
