A 6 week session for those new to tennis. Inquire at the Tennis Reservation Desk for start dates.
Emphasis on quickness, efficiency, & patterns. 3.0+ Mixed.
Focus on 'how, what, and when' of good habits and timing. 3.5+ Mixed.
45 min. of stroke development & 45 min. of basics of rally, play, rules, scoring, & etiquette. Beginner to 2.5, Mixed doubles.
All-shot warm-up & fundamentals of serving, plus individual adjustments. 2.5+ Mixed.
Fundamentals & principles of doubles.
Competitive drilling, movement, and conditioning. Level 3.0+ recommended.
Build cardio with fast-paced tennis action. Improve stamina, footwork, & coordination. Level 3.0+ recommended.
Tune up your strokes & work on point-play while getting a workout.
Detailed instruction with different strokes each week. Focus on the technical breakdown of strokes.
