Participants will experience instruction and practice in the fundamentals of the sport in a fun and supportive environment that stresses teamwork and good sportsmanship.

Ages: 4-7

Gymnastics

Participants will develop muscle tone, rhythm, socialization, strength and flexibility while having fun. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and barefoot is best.

Beginning Dance & Movement

Students will develop dance positions, flex ibility, & moving to music in a positive, encouraging environment. Ballet shoes recommended, but bare feet are also acceptable.

An introduction to basic sports! We focus on a different sport every two weeks, including basketball, soccer, and trackball. Have fun, practice sportsmanship and learn to love exercise at the same time!
